DFW-Metroplex HR without the sales process

Jennifer answers the question that is keeping you from running the business. Fixed fee, quoted first. She replies herself within three business days. If it is a lawyer problem, she will let you know.

How the work runs

Three steps, and none of them are a discovery call.

Most shops start with Ask Jennifer because it is the fastest way to find out what is quietly expensive.

  1. 1

    Tell us the situation

A few short answers and an email address. No blank message box staring back at you, no discovery call to schedule the discovery call.

  2. 2

Get a straight answer within three business days

Jennifer reads it herself and gives you a quick, honest take in plain English, including the parts you were hoping were not a problem.

  3. 3

Go deeper with Ask Jennifer or a project

Ask Jennifer puts the answer in writing, with the rule cited and a ranked list of what to do next. A project fixes the pattern behind it. Fixed fee either way, quoted before anyone touches anything.

Two ways to work together

Rent the department, or just rent the answer.

Both are fixed scope. Neither needs a twelve month commitment to get started.

Just the answer

Ask Jennifer

Get the questions that keep you distracted, or up at night, off your mind and answered.

  • “Can I pay salary and skip overtime?”
  • “Do I need a handbook with eight people?”
  • “How do I let someone go without it coming back on me?”

Fixed fee, quoted before any work starts.

Fractional HR on retainer

The HR department you rent by the month, for shops where something comes up more Tuesdays than not.

  • A person to call before the hard conversation, not after
  • Handbook, offer letters, and separation paperwork kept current
  • On site across DFW when a situation needs a face

Fixed fee, quoted before any work starts.

Three questions every owner eventually asks

What compliance questions keep you up at night?

Each one has a phase, a fixed-scope engagement, and a free guide you can read tonight.

What you tell Jennifer stays with Jennifer

Your HR questions remain your business alone.

Nothing is shared, sold, or handed to a lead broker. One reply asking her to stop is enough to stop.

Before you ask

The five questions that arrive with every first email.

Are you a lawyer?
No, and that is the point. Jennifer is a credentialed HR consultant who reads the statute so you do not have to. When a situation genuinely needs an attorney, she says so on the first reply and helps you find one, rather than billing you to circle it.
How small is too small?
There is no floor. Plenty of the shops that call have four people and one very good reason to be nervous. Headcount changes which laws point at you, not whether the work is worth doing.
What does it cost?
Fixed fee, quoted before any work starts, and never a surprise on the invoice. The quote comes after Jennifer knows what she is looking at, which is why the funnel asks about your shop before it asks for your email.
Do you replace my payroll company?
No. Payroll vendors cut the checks and file the taxes, which they are good at. Compliance, hiring, and the hard conversations are a different animal, and that animal is what shows up in your inbox at eleven at night.
Can you come to my business?
Yes. Jennifer works on site across Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and the surrounding counties when a situation needs a face, like a poster check or a workplace investigation, and handles everything that fits on a screen remotely.

A few answers tell Jennifer more than a long email ever could, and you will be done before your coffee cools.
